If you think in terms of a year, plant a seed; if in terms of ten years, plant trees, if in terms of 100 years, teach the people. Duty without love is deplorable and duty with love is desirable. Teachers are the bridges who lead their students to travel through the bridge and when the students reach the destination, they collapse but with the everlasting wisdom. They are the sources of every means of children happiness. They are the person who truly drifted through the rivers of dreams drenching to the sweat of success. And they finally emerge as a role model of each and every child having inborn desires and aspiration s with potential talent.

If Buddha needs teacher for enlightenment, why not a child? Children without teacher is like a gate without gatekeeper, same principle is being applied to a child without a teacher since, he won’t be able to express his potential talents existing in him and none of the child can accomplish success in absence of teachers. They are the keys to open the gates of various directions of a child with their capabilities. They are responsible for the preparation if coming generation for the youths of today. The natural intelligence which exists within a child is not worth unless it is expressed. Youths are good in intelligence but poor in judgment. Where the teachers guidance is immensely required. So, every child needs a teacher even to transform a single word into action.

We will conserve only what we love, we will love only what we understand. We will understand only what we are taught. Though youths do not form 100 percent of Nation’s population, but we are in fact 100 percent of its futures. We are the symbols of dynamism, growth and development. If I quote, “the future of our nation depends on the worth, capabilities and motivation of todays’ youth. The future is neither unseen nor unknown. It is what we make of it. What work we do with our two hands today will shape the future of our nation. But we must realize that behind every child, there should be immense help from each and every teacher to quench his/her thirst. Whereby teacher’s inspiration becomes a child’s strength to face the future challenges and become a capable citizen of the country.

Thus, the unknown or unseen future doesn’t depend to the youths of today only. It is also equally dependent to the values and judgment provided by out affirmative and motivated teachers of today.
