Sub:  Disseminate information to concern parents to collect their students for summer breaks

 Sir/Madam(s)

The school administration would like to request your good office to kindly disseminate information to concern parents whose children are studying in this school to collect their children from school when they are sent for summer break. The summer vacation will commence w.e.f 1st July till 15th July, 2014.

All boarders students will have to report to school on 15th July, 2014 (evening) and days scholar students will have to make their presence on 16th July, 2014 in the morning assembly. Strict attendance will be taken. Those student who fail to report on mentioned date and time will have to bear disciplinary action.

The mind term examination for this academic year had commenced w.e.f 18th June, 2014. It will be completed on 30th June, 2014. The parents are expected to come on 1st July, 2014 (morning) to collect their children from the school.

At this monsoon hour, it is very risky for the students to be sent on their own risk for their summer vacation. There are chances of road blocks, rivers and small streams getting swollen, branches of trees falling down due to stormy weather and many other natural related disasters that we cannot predict. Thus, the school management expect parents or representatives from the village to come and collect their children to avoid children being caught up in the abovementioned natural disasters.

Owning to the past experience that we have witnessed like the one with boat incident, it would be difficult for the school to send students for summer break whose parents fails to turn up on 1st July, 2014.  Therefore, in this regard, to ensure safety to our children, once again we would like to sincerely request your good office to kindly inform parents under your jurisdiction on the aforementioned statement at the earliest please.

 Sincerely yours
