This is to inform all colleagues, students and general public that the school will formally close on 19th December, 2014 for the winter vacation. Non-teaching staff will run the office during winter vacation and concerned stakeholders are hereby requested to contact them for any official related works with this school.

As usual, the school will resume next academic year on 10th February, 2015. As such, all staff are requested to make their presence on the mentioned date without fail as school administration will be conducting following important programmes. Thus, the presence of all staff would go in a long way in the smooth functioning of the school and successful conduct of below mentioned programmes.

Get together/ subject allocations/ appointment of class teachers & house masters

10th Feb, 2015

Time Table coordinators to start preparing time table right after allocation of subjects to the respective teachers.


Delegation of responsibilities through shared leadership (Formation of committees)/ Farewell dinner for outgoing colleagues.

Discussion on Job descriptions as outline in PCS (Form A & Form B)/ school calendar

Need to submit all action plan to the office in soft copy latest by 15th Feb, 2015.
