There should not be any argument that there is no weekend in a teachers’ life as their service to mankind is meant for 24 hours. Last Saturday, 11th May 2013 was no exception, the HODs and class X subject teachers were back to the school at 3 Pm to meet with visitors from Bhutan Council for School Examination and Assessment. The visit was made by the controller from BCSEA accompanied by a senior research officer in the same organization.

Supposedly, a short formal meeting, the discussion went on till 5:00PM, however. The officials from BCSEA and the class X subject tutors of the school had a thorough discussion on the conduct of science practical in everyday teaching scenario, maintaining of CA records and the syllabus coverage.  The teachers also filled up a questioner form covering the aforementioned areas. A success story and commendable thing worth sharing here is that the officials were impressed by the CA records, the teachers here maintain and the written criteria in the form of seal. Besides, they were also happy to see the inclusion of practical schedule in our yearly plan.
